John Ely

Real Estate is more than a sale to John, it’s how the foundation of his relationships are built. And he has built his business by specializing in people. He has grown his real estate business every year over the last 7 years. He has been featured on the cover of Scottsdale Homeowner Magazine, Was recognized as an Elite Producer By My Home Group, has been within the Top 1% of Independent Realtors with in Maricopa County since 2019, a 40 under 40 recipient from WeSERV, and host of the Real Estate Show “Selling Phoenix”.
Randee Brennan
Randee has been in Property Management for 15 YEARS. She has provided outstanding service and customer care in the West Valley since 2005. She has maintained one of the lowest vacancy rates in the valley with her tireless and effective efforts to place tenants. Earning herself Property Manager of the Year for 2021 by Arizona Journal of Real Estate & Business. Her Owner base has been loyal and thankful for her careful nature in dealing with property issues as they occur. Randee is continuing a legacy in Real Estate started by her mother and now carried on by her son John who is excelling in his Real Estate Sales Career.
Taylin Olson
Taylin started in the residential property management business from the ground up with diligence and grit. As her experience increased so has the value she brings to our clients expanding and solidifying her role within the The Rely Property Management Family. Taylin is a proven member to the team, with over a decade of management experience with a fortune 500 company.
Ashley Whitney
Ashley was born and raised in the Midwest, after attending the University of Nebraska—GO BIG RED! Ashley moved to Arizona in 2004 and fell in love with the desert. Married for 16 years, Ashley and her husband Steve share two amazing teenage daughters and their 120 pound Saint Bernard, Boss. (also a special part of the family)
Licensed for the last 10 years working in real estate and accounting. My favorite part about working at Rely is the ability to be involved in the minutia of each transaction. It is truly an honor to play a role in such a life-changing event for our clients!
