Tenant Move-In Checklist

After your application has been approved by the owner, your property manager or leasing agent will prepare an electronic lease for your review & signature. Prior to move-in, you will need to complete the following:

• Sign & Return the lease packet
• Turn on all required utilities for your home
• Meet the leasing agent with all required certified funds for move-in
• Send us a copy of your renter's insurance

After your leasing agent has received your move-in funds, you will be scheduled for a move-in walk-through & given the keys to your new home. Walk-throughs are typically done on the day that you move in to cover payment options, renter's insurance, maintenance requests, etc...
