At Rely, you have the option to enroll in the Resident Benefits Package (RBP) for an additional $50/mo which includes renters insurance, HVAC air filter delivery (for applicable properties), credit building to help boost your credit score with timely rent payments, $1M Identity Protection, move-in concierge service making utility connection and home service setup a breeze during your move-in, our best-in-class resident rewards program, and much more! More details upon application. This additional $50 fee is payable monthly on the first with rent.

A new filter will be shipped directly to your door every 60 days. This grade of filter is cheaper in price than many competitors.

If you have any eviction on your record within the last 7 years, your application will be automatically denied.

All applicants must be approved by the property owner, but generally, here are the minimum qualifications:

• Credit Scores vary depending on the property
• Earn 3x the rent in income
• Funds available for move-in (typically 2.5x the rent)
• No recent criminal history
• No recent Evictions or Judgments
• Minimum credit score (varies per property)
• No more than two people per bedroom

It is possible to be in your new home the same day the application process is completed. Requirements for move in include: completed applications for all residents, credit & criminal background check, tenant application is approved, the lease agreement is signed and executed, and required payments (deposit and rent) are collected.

Yes, many of our rental properties do allow pets, however, the pet policy can vary from property to property. All residents with pets are required to complete a Pet Screening Application. Some of the property owners also require an additional pet deposit to be collected before move-in.

Under Arizona law, we return your security deposit — minus any legitimate deductions — within 14 business days after your tenancy ends.

Once you've moved out and returned your keys to our office, we do a move-out inspection. If there's damage beyond normal wear and tear, we deduct the cost of the necessary repairs from your deposit. Repairs sometimes take longer than 14 days to complete, but your disposition (the itemized statement showing what was deducted and any refund owed) goes out within the legal window regardless.

We mail everything to the forwarding address on file.

Give us your new address before you leave. The most common reason security deposit refunds get delayed is mail going to the wrong or an old address. Make sure we have your updated address so we can get your refund to you as quickly as possible.

Typically it depends on the size of the home, but normally, professional carpet cleaning can range between $150 to $500. Don't waste money on rented machines! Rental carpet cleaners don't compare the cleaning ability that a truck mounted system can be delivered by a professional. Generally, you'll be cleaning the carpets with a professional anyway.

YES! Hauling & dump fees are very time consuming & very expensive. Make sure you clear out the house of all personal belongings and ALL trash & debris before you move out.
