Rely Real Estate Co. ("Rely") sends service-related text messages to tenants, property owners, and other contacts who have an established business relationship with us and have provided consent. Messages include rent payment reminders, maintenance scheduling and updates, lease and document notifications, and responses to customer service inquiries.

Consent

You opt in to receive text messages by providing your mobile phone number and written consent when signing a lease or property management agreement, completing a rental application, or during account onboarding with our office. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or service.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your account activity. You will typically receive a few messages per month.

Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Charges are billed by your mobile carrier according to your mobile plan.

Opt Out

Reply STOP to any message to cancel and stop receiving texts from us. After you reply STOP, we will send one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed. No further messages will be sent unless you opt back in.
