Randee has been in Property Management for 15 YEARS. She has provided outstanding service and customer care in the West Valley since 2005. She has maintained one of the lowest vacancy rates in the valley with her tireless and effective efforts to place tenants. Earning herself Property Manager of the Year for 2021 by Arizona Journal of Real Estate & Business. Her Owner base has been loyal and thankful for her careful nature in dealing with property issues as they occur. Randee is continuing a legacy in Real Estate started by her mother and now carried on by her son John who is excelling in his Real Estate Sales Career.

Taylin Olson serves as Rely Real Estate’s Leasing and Lease Renewal Specialist, bringing a strong foundation of diligence, professionalism, and results-driven service to our property management team. Taylin began her career in residential property management from the ground up, building her expertise through hard work, consistency, and a genuine passion for helping clients and residents alike.
